Founder and owner Angela Argyle spent 25 years in operations and leadership in banking and financial services before going out on her own - including as Head of Operations for a large multinational financial planning licensee. From there, she built two successful businesses of her own, in industries that had nothing to do with financial services and no existing playbook to follow. She's since gone on to support many independent practices and businesses in growing their businesses and systems.

What ties it together isn't a template. It's a way of working: identify what's actually needed, find the right way forward, and then learn - or build - what gets you there. Curiosity does most of the heavy lifting, complemented by bravery, and backed by experience and a genuine comfort with tools, including AI.

Underneath all of that sits real depth: a degree in Visual Arts, a Diploma in Financial Planning, and over 25 years of senior executive experience.
